damagi - Can you also trace the outline of the cam profile and inside diameter with a sharp pencil and take a photo of just the tracing without the cam on the graph paper. A straight on view of the graph paper similar to your second shot would be great. That way, someone could transfer the shape based on the grid.

Ya shoulda said PENCIL trace on graph paper!!!!:rolleyes: Dimensions of the cam surface thickness and the web thickness would be helpful as well as the hole location. Somethings are not 'imposable'.
FWIW, the profile should match the motion of the control sheave button when moved by the quadrant gear by a Mark 5/V.

I was given contact info for battles hardware in California. When I spoke with the gentleman. He said they can get the cam in metal for $97. Their number is 562-698-3714
