Hammerite
is a brand and it is also available in Canada. I used it on my 10ER over my Christmas break back home. It's virtually identical to Rustoleum.

Sorry for the delay in responding to questions.
Paint I used - Yes it is the Hammerite, colour "Mid Green"
The rust converter I am using is Duram NS1 (South African product). You'll get to see it in action in later pics.
Also in the picture is the Plascon Stripper.
