HELP Pork Chop / Quadrant replacement HELP

Yes, I did lub or use silicone spray on the gears - however I didn't use a file to reshape the gears. After cleaning up the old gears they looked OK - the old quadrant (pork chop) gears were all bent. I may try the file and relub the gears,
