I have been installing a 3/4 HP motor that I made reversible on the MINIs and SHORTYs that I build for my customers. This allows the bandsaw to be mounted on the quill side. I also sell 1 1/8 HP motors that are reversible. Also, I can convert these motors for 110/220 VAC operation.
However, I am currently unable to walk very far or stand for any time due to pain from lower back surgery 4 weeks ago that was not successful. Therefore, I will be unable to work in my shop for at least another month or two.

Bill, very sorry to hear your surgery did not go as expected or needed. I have a couple of friends that had back surgery and one went well and no problem the other did not get the same results and he is having to do more to get it corrected. I pray for a quick and successful recover for you. So you can get back to what you enjoy.
