Here's my take on pros and cons. Some might think my pros to be cons and vice versa. Take it for what it's worth (less than a plugged nickel):

PROS
It’s a ShopSmith!
RAS capability
Table saw capability
Large Table (27x31)
Tilting arbor
Sturdy cabinet

CONS
No longer supported (lack of availability of saw specific accessories or parts, but other ShopSmith items are compatible).
Back to front tracking (I did not find this to be a problem and the manual has clear instructions on how to check and adjust it).
2 3/8” depth of cut (fine for most items, but I need to cut a lot of 4x4 stock, which is easier to cut on a miter saw).
Open motor design (needs to be blown out regularly with an air compressor or shopvac blower).
Arbor tilts left (use right miter slot as opposed to the left miter slot on most table saws).
Not portable (this is not something you would load up and take to the jobsite).

If you have specific questions about the one on eBay send me your question through eBay and I'll answer it.

Sincerely,
