Very nice pen. Looks better than my first but I'm getting better each pen I make. Great thing about pens is almost immediate satisfaction. Not long from start to finish.

I have run across that same problem with a few pens. Usually you can place the clip at the top, then place the cap and press (don't like the word force) the assembly together. In one case I "reamed" out the hole in the clip a bit to get a better fit and then assembled. Possible the plating got a little thick on the clip or cap??

I too find myself acquiring pens and blanks. Usually add a few blanks or pen kits to an order to get the most of the shipping price or get free shipping. Great fun and people are amazed that "you made this!!"
