Here are two 6" wide boards with dadoes. The bottom board has the widest dado (equiv. to 4 notches). The upper one equivalent to 3 notches. Both of the wider boards have random closer dadoes to make "1 notchers". Had to avoid wasting the waste. The 3/4" X3/4" strip shows how the notches line up.

Use of a brass block to make sure the dado depth is 3/16".

A look at the miter extension and 3" marks. Also shows my 7" wobble dado blade.

A view of feeding a log into the router. This is routing the 4th edge of a 3/4"X 3/4". Notice there is still a square corner that rides on the table and fence for stability. Also, on closer inspection the flats (about 1/8' wide) can be seen on the top and outside. Not a completely round log, but not very noticeable.
