I purchased mine from my local Rockler affiliate. Manntools here in columbia, sc. Exact same price as online ( of course there is tax).
Isn't there a woodcraft or something on 41st st just off mingo or maybe my memory is playing tricks on me, I have been gone for 4 years now?

Guys,
I took delivery of the Treen Mandrel, and was impressed with the quality of workmanship. Yes, right out of the bag, it fits right on the ShopSmith.
I will have to wait a couple of weeks before I can try it out. Trout Season is opening up at the end of the month here in California, and I have been busy gathering my camping gear, tying flies, and servicing my vehicle.

Upon my return, I head for the ShopSmith and try the mandrel out!
