My louvers are 3" wide. They are tapered, with a rounded edge. Just a figure I came up with - no rules that I know of. Give me your e-mail address (by private messages (in the upper right hand corner of the forum pages)) and I can send you much info. on the shutters I made and am making. (About 35 pages if text and about the same number of pictures.) Information on making shutters is hard to find. Thought I'd document my methods for anyone wanting them. - There is probably better - quicker methods, but also probably more spendy.

New to the site and this post is actually what brought me here. You say to "anyone wanting them". Would that include me as a new comer?
