Okay I confess to blindness today. I cannot find the foot pedal for raising and lowering the wheels. How did you manage to hide it?

Just left of the upright, above the wheel.

If so how did you draw the dotted arcs?

Yep. You moved the bottom bench leg holes to create the 'splay'.;)

Sorry I don't get it... making an arched construction line.

My comment was made in regard to the highlighted(blue) part of his post. i.e. changes made to accommodate the bench. I have no idea how he created the drawing, nor the dotted lines.

I used Visio for that drawing. When working in 2D, I find it MUCH easier (and faster) than Sketchup.

It has been a very long time since I used it (many years) but I have Visio. I am going to load it and see what I have been doing without.

It occurred to me today if you can't draw an arc or circular construction line you could make an arc or circle
divide it into segments then delete segments to get desired look. Then make a component out of it.
