I know they have safeguards but find it funny that people will see something for sale that may only be a photo taken off the net by a 16 yo kid killing time in his parents basement. Never met the guy that lives 6 states away and send him money in hopes of getting something in return.
Yup, I agree that buying on eBay can be risky; however, I have spent a few hundred dollars on eBay and the only time I came up a loser - I knew who I was buying from.

They are not all that expensive from SS if piggy backing a larger shipped item.

Risky for the seller as well.
This crusty old skinflint has purchased much for $0.99 plus 'shipping'.
With Paypal, the send my money to ??? somewhere?? for something??? is minimized.
I am amazed to see 'stuff' selling for prices in the thousands though!

Yeah! $19.95 for the casters, and $70.00 for the special parts to allow the
forced fit!:( Wonder if they are 'hardened'.

Here is still another example of a price that I consider way too high. My opinion being based on the price I paid (less than $10) for the same item.
