Occasionally In The Shop

Today was to be a day to tidy up and do some maintenance in the shop.

First thing that I encountered is the fact that I picked up the wrong bulbs at Lowes.

So you had to return the Spanish tubes for English tubes?

I finally got around to finishing the ladders.

The rungs rip at 10 degrees.

I decided to use the Kregg jig instead of my Castle machine for the pocket holes because they would be neater. It also gave me an excuse to use the Zyliss. Dusty was right this thing is awesome.

I got the rungs a little fat so I had to knock them down with the plane before running them through the drum sander. It doesn't like uneven surfaces.
