The single bearing quill shaft takes a special 6202 bearing. The industry number is a 6202 ZZ C1 5/8. The main difference is that it needs to fit a 5/8" shaft. The Fafnir number is 202KDD5. The 5 is important because it identifies the 5/8" shaft size. I believe the C1 means the bearing is built to highest tolerance standards. A "standard" bearing is a C3 I believe. Bill could probably correct me if I'm wrong about this.

I think remember Bill saying I can order bearings through him. Is that right? Called my local supply; they only have C3 and I'd like to get C1 since it's a single bearing quill.
You know, with this C1 bearing, and a good clutch, the Gilmer drive is at least as good as the Poly-V, if not better.

Is the capacitor the CORRECT size(MFD)?

The clicking noise is while it is running. Motor is out of the headstock. Relay and Capacitor are original. It seems like there is a vibration coming from the relay also. Motor speed seems constant. No change it lights (20amp circuit and the motor is the only thing running on the circuit).
