That makes no sense to me. If it was under rotated wouldn't the Wixey read less than 90?JPG wrote: Sun Sep 12, 2021 8:09 pm The wixey says the wixey has been rotated 91.3 degrees.
The 90 degree point(tube vertical) would indicate 90.0egrees.
The wixey rotated CW 1.3 degrees past that.
WHY?
Because the tube is not quite vertical(UNDER rotated).
I think our earlier discussions re over rotation has been baloney.

This post is relative to the two pix posted by Dusty.algale wrote: Sun Sep 12, 2021 8:28 pmThat makes no sense to me. If it was under rotated wouldn't the Wixey read less than 90?JPG wrote: Sun Sep 12, 2021 8:09 pm The wixey says the wixey has been rotated 91.3 degrees.

These are the two photos that I was talking about. If you look closely you will see the second photo is actually sideways, and I believe this is the photo that Dusty re-posted above, after correcting the rotation. Also, in that second photo, you can see that the Wixey was rotated incorrectly from zero, further confusing the issue.Mike wrote: Tue Sep 07, 2021 12:58 pm Ed- it’s bottomed out and still leans towards operator-
Here are a couple pics with zero on bench tubes
DLB's pix may show this more clearly.DLB wrote: Sun Sep 12, 2021 3:32 pmReference.JPGdusty wrote: Sun Sep 12, 2021 2:34 pm Make me a believer! Post a picture of a Wixey that was zeroed on the horizontal and then rotated to 135 degrees.

I'll have to go look at your other thread. I take it that the angle cube does something else.

Or am I seeing something wrong?
