It is good to hear from you. Wish you were still with the Academy. I thoroughly enjoyed your presentations.

 Wow, just went online at SHOPSMITH.COM ...
Seems I don't exist anymore. Couldn't sign in. No record of my Account Number. No records of numerous Orders. Very disappointing. :(
Guess the " CUSTOMER SERVICE " everyone talks about ... Isn't there afterall and not important. But I guess I'm just expecting to much from a company that's made ... $$ THOUSANDS $$ ... off me since 1995 when I bought my Mark 510 [and attachments].
Oh Well ....

Not to worry!! You still exist in the Shopsmith World. They (SS) simply has not yet brought all of the historical files forward to the new server. Establishing a new website is not a simple task and blending it into an existing site is even greater a task.

Please register on the new website using the SAME email account that you've been using for your orders. When you register it will recognize the email and pull the old information across. It will make you create a new password as encrypted passwords were not transferable.

Unfortunately I attempted that early on and it still seems to think I have a new account with no history. No big deal, but it was helpful to look at my old orders.

Log in did not work for me either. I just gave up after 4 or 5 attempts.

I fought this once before when the site was then "NEW". Now it is new again but with some of the same old problems.

Patience.

The remember me function does not work on this site either. I gave up fighting that too. Again, Patience.
