These are for 2 prototype fixtures I am building. Could possibly be a lot more.
In the past I usually cut circles with a router and jig. The router is fast becoming my least favorite tool in the shop. Loud and messy. These circles are 24 inches in diameter. My jig would work well up to at least 60".
Neat. Really neat.

I do a lot of circles (bench seats on plastic tubs) and I am embarassed to have not though of this myself.

I do something similarly on the belt sander for small circles (wheels and bottle stoppers).

Yes it is soft maple to be painted to match some other furniture.
