Did and done, it’s a beautiful thing and the way it should be with a permanent solution. No shims or playing with the wheels.
Took off about .100 and end up very close to where I want to be, used jewelers saw, foredom handpiece and an orbital sander to finish off. I will repaint later in the week. Gonna watch some games and eat some lechon a friend is bringing by.

Mike,
Looks great to me. I'm glad you got it resolved. By the way, nice looking shop...particularly like the natural light you have with that large window.

Shops a mess but thanks for the compliment. It's a lot of fun learning how to use everything.

Oh we all learned a lot because you were so insistent. Some preconceived understandings fell aside as a result. A greater understanding of angle thingies also.

That’s some nice things to say, thank you. I had an old tool and die designer tell me to shut up, look, listen and learn. The 3 L’s came pretty easy but keepin my pie hole shut not so much.

I’m just starting to understand as I’m just starting to learn a little about woodworking. Old equipment has been one of my hobbies. Look forward to learning here as time provides.
