I applied polish over my brands and polished the entire bowl using a triple buffer setup from Woodcraft.

Applied Polish over where I sanded a flat spot to apply my brand. Then buffed the entire bowl inside and outside with buffers.

Here are 71 of my bowls stacked and ready to be wrapped as Christmas Presents. After 11 months of turning bowls I'm ready to take a break. I think I have gotten my moneys worth out of my Shopsmiths. Now, what can I do for next year

I have 15 of these bowls with center dip bowl holders. I have been going to the local Women's Resale Shop to make donations lately and while there I pick up little glass bowls to use in for dip bowls. I have enough now to pair up the little glass bowls with the wooden chip bowls.

Glass bowls I have been collecting from the local Woman's Resale Shop over the last few months. They are the perfect size for my bowls.

If I have inspired just one person by posting my progress it was worth the effort. As you can see I really get into anything I set out to do.

Careful, wood turning is a very slippery slope! But an awfully fun one to slide down!

The downside of using your garage for a workshop is dust. I just spent 1 whole day and 2 evenings using my shopvac to dust every square inch of my garage and all it's contents. So, if you are planning on using your garage as a shop, be prepared for everything to accumulate a layer of sawdust, especially if you sand 90 bowls
