Like previously mentioned, Porter Cable used to make a line of left handed tools (not sure if they still do though). I know for sure that line included a left handed Circular Saw. The saw was swaped around where the blade and dust shoot was on the left so you could comfertibly hold the saw with your left hand and not have the dust blow back at you (not to mention the added safety of having the blade away from the body).
Here is one that I just found on Craig's list.

lefty rant
Moderator: admin
Well, I'm a member of the 10% club (left handed people) and I'm tired of the lefties bitching about not having equal access, equal rights, equal whatever-I-Want because I am a poor mistreated, downtrodden leftie. It's not my fault. My parents did it to me. I never could adapt because I was born this way so you owe it to me to make things equal. What I want is for wire to be sold with a left hand twist so I don't have to adapt. I want all tools to be sold to have either right or left configuration; or you can sell left handed tools but you better not charge more.
Most of all, I want all news media to also be equally balanced between left and right!
No! Not that! If they do that then I won't get what I want which is to have things skewed so that I don't have to compensate or learn or adapt or improve. Forget the last demand. That was my LEFTist brain thinking.

Y'all do realize that the 'left' side appendages are controlled by the 'right' side of the brain.
