Payroll Tax = Medicare + Social Security Withholding + Federal Income Tax
The illegals that I have referred to pay none of those. They get paid in cash and quickly fade into the background.
I have absolutely no complaint at all against those employees who pay their appropriate payroll taxes. Their citizenship status is immaterial.
The people who really get under my skin are the
employers who hire people who are willing to work for cash and do not withhold the appropriate payroll taxes. I don't care if they are legal or illegal. They should all go to jail together.

1. elect 98% Republicans, but only those who can show good and accurate knowledge of our Constitution.
2. When that bunch fails, do it again with new names, same qualifications.
3. Learn what the Democrat Party is, today (and what it has been up to today-- party of slavery, KKK, segregation, Big Gov't, socialism, etc).
4. Make a list of all fed welfare (un-American) programs and *** what Party started them***.
5. Keep doing #1, #2, until all the un- and anti-American vermin are gone.
The rest is a piece of cake.

It's hard for me to believe that you can find two legitimate licensed and bonded electricians where one is charging twice as much as the other and that the higher priced guy will remain in business for very long. Businesses simply don't survive that way.
On the other hand, trying to look legitimate and being legitimate are two different things. One can go to Office Depot and order business cards and invoices for not too much cash. Moreover, we keep hearing these stories about how illegal immigrants only want to come here to find a job, but then we read that the state of Texas is spending nearly $300,000 per day just to house confirmed illegal aliens in Texas prisons, most of which hailing from Mexico --
http://tdcjbackgate.blogspot.com/2011/1 ... legal.html. That's $109,500,000 a year and that's not an insignificant amount. The cost of jailing illegals is even worse in California and that's only a small portion of the costs to taxpayers for the expenses of illegal aliens.
Or, how easy it was to get fake identification like this story out of Baltimore that you ordered green cards, social security cards and drivers licenses in the morning and picked them up that afternoon --
http://www.abc2news.com/dpp/news/local_ ... z26woqFW2Z -- The criminals doing the fake documents made $1.7 million before the FBI caught up with them.
And here's an interesting site that claims to be able to get you a new identity --

There is a recurring theme, tho well hidden for the most part, in many of the comments re immigration and all it encompasses: a serious disrespect for LAW. Anyone who is complacent about or in agreement with avoiding or ignoring LAW is a very real part of what is killing America.
The Declaration of Independence made us a country. The Constitution that came many years later made it work. Now a significant number of Americans not only have no idea what either document is or does, but they ignore it, disobey and attack it (Obama regime, Lib media et al), or just don't care.
Illegal immigration (one should never have to utter those two words together), fed welfare (socialist ponzi schemes like Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid), unconstitutional federal programs and bureaucracies (DOE, and a zillion alphabet groups), public worker Unions, etc. etc. need to wiped out.
A good place to start would be to deport and exile the Democrat Party.

I think I know where you stand politically (Democrate or Republican) but you confuse me when you call Social Security a ponzi scheme.
It might become a ponzi scheme down the road if it goes bankrupt because of a promise to pay monthly benefits that it cannot support. But up until now, I have received all of my Social Security checks as has my wife. In fact, I know of no legitimate social security beneficiary that has not received their monthly check.
I don't think Social Security qualified to be called a ponzi scheme. Who started this rumor? A Democrat or a Republican.

Well you better get to recruiting. Mitt is having some trouble. I've got stickers galore and am spreading the word so I agree with you. Buts it all a mess. The country is going to go broke if we don't fix it...all of it. Education has put us 20 something in the world. Spending Billions on repairing other countries with our military always at the ready everywhere but here. Boy oh boy do we spend without getting the fundamentals right....and to get it right there's going to be a lot of things that must change.

2016 or 2020 might be an interesting election year. We have a couple of Mexican Americans here in Texas that are rising stars in the Democratic party.

Mitt having some trouble? If you look inside the poll results reported on the news shows (ANY of them) you find most of the polls are heavily overweighted with Democrats. So I take all of them with some skepticism.
Interestingly, this morning I read an article (
http://www.wnd.com/2012/09/secret-retirement-plans-does-obama-expect-to-lose/) suggesting Obama appears to be the one in trouble.
You are absolutely correct though. We're in deep trouble and all need to accept the fact that in order to set it right we must swallow some nasty tasting medicine. I'm talking FORCING the government back into the rules established by the Constitution by whacking off large parts of the bureaucracy that serve no real useful purpose]if we can just get the Senate to
publish a budget that would be a step in the right direction)[/SIZE].
I apologize for the rant. I've tried to stay out of these conversations in the past but as we approach election day I just had to speak (part of) my piece. My bride tells everyone "Don't get him started!":D

If you want to fix this country it is easy. Outlaw congressional lobbying, set term limits for congress and the supreme court and cut Congress, Supreme court and Presidential salary and perks.
Make Washington live within the national average income and under the same laws, health care, income tax and retirement that we all do.
We need to get back to men and women whose main motivate is to serve this country being in Washington instead of what we got now.
