Fascinating! I saw the reference to Woodsmithspecials.com, so I checked the WS DVD that happened to be in the machine, turns out the article came from Woodsmith issue 104, April 96.joedw00 wrote:.... Here is a PDF of where I got the idea. [ATTACH]1...
Woodsmith occasionally puts together an issue containing "best of" type groups of projects, sometimes as a new subscriber bait or bonus. I suspect this was in one of those. The WS article is identical except for the Woodsmithspecials.com references, btw.
Anaway, looks like a fine solution, and nicely made by joedw00

I know I'm not very good at this...I tend to hold on to them forever "just because"...my hope is that the archive DVDs would make searching and retrieving needed articles and info easier but I'd like to confirm with someone who has one that they are complete and useful enough to plunk down $100-$150.
Complete and easy. Beautiful. I'd say. And glad you mentioned "how many times" because I go searching much more readily with the DVDs than with the hardcopies now. And I DO have the mags organized, most of 'em anaway.
It's SO easy with the DVDs.
I'm like you in that I don't particularly like reading the computer screen. But it makes it so easy to scan an issue, then go get the hardcopy if I want to build whatever project, or hit "Print" for a page of tips as I'm scanning thru (esp. if I can't find that issue)
