Since, I've said a negative things about his customer service in the past, it would only be fair to say when I called him last week he was friendly and answered my questions.

Dave really went out of his way to look up and send me an Email on a Shopsmith attachment that I could not find any information about. He was on the phone with me for 15-20 minutes and was very helpful in locating the needed documentation and sending it to me for no charge. Shopsmith no longer had any of the parts available for this attachment when Dave checked each part for me. Quite a change from last year. I guess we all can have a bad day.

Well the teknatool folks were were very helpful but didn't have good news. They had run out of the Nova chuck packages and were still waiting for components. They didn't ship my order two weeks go like I was told by SS. It will be this week or next before it happens.
