I would use a biscuit joiner instead... but it does look like a cool tool, if limited, at a pretty fair price for 2013. As an aside; see that Makita drill the fellow is using? Thats a lightweight 18V lithium Ion model. I use that model every day at work and am entering my 5th year with it. It has never let me down. I am still using the same original 2 batteries and high speed charger. A great tool. Alec
