WoW! A double header.
Let us know how unpacking and assembly go.
Oh! And all the other 'new' activities!;)

Judging from my own experience, you will finally have time use that new machine, still only on rare occasions mind you, when your youngest baby turns 4 years old!
Thank you Dennis! He is a big guy, for sure. And, so far, you are right. I haven't had a lot of time to do much beyond setting the Shop Smith up. I am hoping to find some time but you only get one chance to be a daddy!

Congratulations on getting the new machine. Just a little advice, check all of the alignments, even though the say it is all set at the factory and you should not need to re-adjust, I found non that I checked to be correct. Some were very close; but now close enough for me.

Amen! So do it right, and enjoy the journey. My own boy has just now reached the really fun age. Yesterday, I took him, his twin sister, and a bunch of their friends tubing for their 14th birthdays. A good day .. managed to thrill them but not kill them! Today, we painted his first scratch-built model rocket, and then he beat me at a set of tennis for the first time ever. Then while grilling tonight, we had serious discussions about R/C trainer airplanes. He's no longer a sweet little baby, but each stage has its own rewards. Enjoy!
