I watched this video and found out that all my adjustments for blade drift were just a compensation for poor bandsaw setup. Now i have no drift or problems!

a dull or unevenly worn blade are also causes of "drift"

evenly sharp blade,
proper alignments
proper tension
proper feed rate

no drift
