I actually printed mine out correctly on the PC. I just kept adjusting the scale until, I got it right. You just have to print, measure, and adjust scale.

Open the .pdf of the Vernier Tapes found above, thank you Nick. Right click anywhere in the graphic. At the bottom, click on 'Page Display Preferences'. On the left side of the window are 'Catagories:'. Select 'Page Display'. On the right, under 'Default Layout and Zoom', select zoom and manually enter the value you get using Sandy's formula, ie. (7.006/printed page actual measurement)*100. Then print and see what you get. I had to use 93.4% and it came out perfect. Then go back and reset the % to 'automatic' which is what it probably was to start with.
