Pictures will not show up now when I try to load them. Only a green icon that goes nowhere. Did I break the forum? :eek:

I think the photo display problem is a bug. I put a post up to alert admin.

Okay back to the task! ;)

This is where the geometry gets a little whacky.  Both pieces were routed on the same bit and against the bearing. This is the result when trying to join them on a 45 degree angle..jpg
