It might be a good deal IF the tables (rails) are all of the same vintage! Mixing tables of different vintages can foster a few problems.

I have yet to investigate. Yesterday, was a super long day and I was super tired. I slept 8 hrs. That is, super long for me. Most nights, I sleep 6 at best. I am still in the nest...lol!

A quick look at the table fence rails will ascertain IF there are version differences. The rails either will have access holes on the front or not. Holes = original version, no holes = current version. Kep nuts holding the rails on(under the table) = current, tapped holes in the table = original.

You do need to know which you have(to determine which 510 to 520 upgrade to order :D ). Also if you decide you need an additional table. Mix n match does indeed not work 'well'. The rail tubes id differ.

Under the rails there is a knurled wheel for tightening (I assume). So does this mean current design?

Not to 'confuse', but you have an early version of the 'current' design. You do NOT have the 'early' design.

The center portion of the latest 'current' design does not have ribs.

It appears 'legit'.

Interesting addition to the fence. I use t-nuts when
I do that(no through(protruding) screws).

P.S. The thumb screws(also on early design, but smaller) are to secure those tubes you will not purchase on e-bay to the inside of the rails. You really need those connecting tubes to be able to use the floating tables.

From the pictures it would appear that you got a few 500 parts in that collection. The most obvious is the top saw guard, and while I can't be sure the bottom also looks like one for a 500.

The bad news is that those are not cheap parts to purchase from shopmsith.

You will need the tubes and I'm not sure if the person selling the "better" and cheaper tubes on ebay is still doing that or not. They were selling 5 foot tubes at the time but you could cut them to shorter lengths.... or leave them long and see how that works for you.

Dare I say, I don't run any guards at this moment. I wont pay crazy SS prices for saw guards!

The bids will go up! Set your max price and bid in the last few seconds.
Indeed they will!!! Got out bid/ snipped in the last 5 seconds! Starting bid was $1.99 and sold for $38.00 with $17.33 shipping. This ebayer put some really nice stuff up for sale and the bidding was hot and heavy!!!!

Just got out bid/ snipped on a NEW 5 piece lathe chisel set, in the LAST second!!!! They were at $20 with 10 minutes to go and sold for $37.77 with 13.23 shipping. I set my max at $50(item + shipping) and had my snip program bid with 10 seconds to go! Good grief!!! Next time? I just might have to try 5 seconds?
