This is NOT a picture of the Mark V motor. It is a picture of the Emerson motor in the Crafters Station but it does show a connector panel like the one that is damaged in cousinwill's motor. The bayonet connectors on the panel are all connected to internal motor wires; the wires to which the exterior wires are intended to connect.
That red wire does not exist in cousinwill's motor. Furthermore neither the red nor the black wire protrude in the manner seen here from within his motor. For this discussion, just disregard the fact that those two wires are there.
