I'm a new owner... Bought my 500 used in Febrary of 2014 and ordered 2 grinding wheels to go with the grinding wheel guard I got with the system. They were on back order for a year... Shop Smith finally got them in and they sent them to me free of charge I have no complaints with customer service. They backed up their end of the purchase.

Gee, I hope I get the same treatment when and if they come up with the molding knife profile I ordered last JANUARY!!!!!!!!

you remind me of the person in front of me at the store, with the wrong coupon or expired one and want something, that you are not entitled to.
I owned my own business also and never charged for an estimate, on my own time, but that was my choice, just like yours. It is not there choice to adhere to your standards. Grow up and get a helmet.
OBTW where are going to get some SS specific stuff from? If not SS specific then only a fool in MHO would pay there pricing.

I called on Tuesday the day after their free shipping ended. I asked if I could still get the free shipping even though I was a day late
Enough said, you wanted it a day late and a dollar short!!!

erlover maybe you should think of growing up and getting a helmet instead of attacking someone for giving their experience/opinion.
I never once said I was entitled to anything or expect to be entitled to anything. I asked about the free shipping..... They said No so I decided not to buy...... It that simple.
And yet when the reply was 'no' you decided to not buy.

You remind me of the person at the store in the Express Lane, that is lit up and sez "'10 ITEMS OR LESS"" and they have more then 10, then when I ask them if they can count or/and read they tell me I must be having a bad day, my response is, "No I am not, because I can read and count, and you must be a Liberal who cant take responsibility and the consequences for you actions, but want to put it on me because I can count and read"'
