Well reible, you spent more of my $ again, thanks, just ordered mine for my ER dedicated DP, with I think it was you or Ed with its LED space ship lighting for DP mode, funny for a 1948ish made/designed machine. I wonder if the original designer is turning over in his grave, or smiling!!!! I am guessing

To all. Keep in mind that while I welcome others to explore these lasers I have not decided on a rating or a recommendation, just the knowledge has been shared of how to be mounted on a shopsmith.

This is not the same as has a review or exhaustive testing. Such a review not been issued by me. This is very early in the time cycle to know how well I like or dis-like this setup.

Thanks Ed. No problem you don't have to go to that much work but thank you. I am going to order one for the MK V dedicated DP for my wife. Then I will be able to see what needs to be done for the dedicated 10ER DP.

I totally understand Ed. I think the only problem will be battery life and if the thing dies in less than a year.

Interestingly it is not listed on the Peachtree Woodworking web site. Oh well, I am still ordering one to try.

I cant get to any of my ERs after mine comes in to do a set up, I was planning on going home this weekend from moms, but to to a pending storm coming in mid week of next, when sis needed to be back, she is not coming down from MN.

I saw this as well but could find little details on it. Sears also sells one but for more money. Since they decided to provide so little detail I went to the one I did that more details on and reviews.

If some does go that route it will interesting to see how it would work, after all it is cheaper.

From the photos at General ??? it did not look like it had the flat area that the 2 mounting screws went through to attach to the front yoke.

Better yet, two screws straight in from the back with holes already there.
