I certainly don't need any more 10ER stuff. However, the lower saw guard is the only thing I don't have. I would not hesitate for a second to pay $150 just to get the saw guard. If another one comes up on eBay I am pretty sure it will go for more than $150.
I had seen the CL ad up for a while, but I didn't spot the lower saw guard or the speed changer until two days ago. And then I dawdled. A classic case of snooze & lose. :o :(

I did finally answer if there was ever an OEM lower saw guard for the 10ER.

Answer YES.

I also found something else I had never seen for a 10ER .... a lower belt guard.

And of course .... the coveted speed changer....

OK, guys, I've only seen THAT picture.

I firmly believe that Hans made 2 or 3 of them,
just to keep us interested.

Most people I know, have an upper guard, sitting
in the parts bin, just so it won't get hurt.

I've got 2 or 3, and I'll post after I install one.
(Haven't yet.)

10 ER, stripped down.
Basic 10ER, Parts machine. Will be a semi-dedicated drill-press machine.
10 ER, a "survivor" of the trailer fire, in the back yard, needing restoration. Has a Mk5 headrest. Finally, stripped down.
Numerous parts, for Model 10 stuff. Except for lower saw guard, A and B adapters, I've got it.

Looking for one more, or some 9 inch extension table raisers.

I updated the post with another view. Wards sold them. No clue how many original were sold or might still be out there though.
