Beave, that is beautiful, and so traditional!! Which we are loosing with schools, Colleges/Universities getting Politically Correct and Safe Aggression Zones :eek:

Well I prep my board before that (resaw and plane) then cover on tape. But yes 2 hours of cutting. Ornaments roughly 20-30 min.

So with everyone amazed by my 2 hour claim I was wondering if I exaggerated without knowing. So I did a small test on an ornament. Here is one fresh off the saw (cut backer and outside of main piece stacked). From drilling pilot holes to all cuts compete, 30 minutes on the dot. Being smaller it was a bit harder in my opinion, so 2 hours is about right for last project.
