Slacking, no, just burned out by then.
I do them all by myself(wish 'they' would stop making changes).
Looking forward to next year - only two to do in April(Corporation dissolution removed the need for the 'extra' four)
Sorry, didnt know you such a load.

Finally figured how to post the pictures. This is after I loosened blade and moved the tire to the right side of the wheel then retightened and ran on slow for a few minutes doing some light sawing. I'm a bit spooked that it moved from the right to left side and not sure if it would just keep going off the wheel. I guess the only way is to run it more than a few minutes and do more light sawing unless you fellas see something drastically wrong with the tire. I thought they should be a bit wider and almost from curb to curb.

Blade tracking looks normal(upper wheel cant ok).
The tire appears to be not 'all the way on' up against the rim.
I would get the tire against the rim.
I think the back of the blade is dropping back behind the tire and forcing it towards the smaller diameter of the wheel(front/outer edge).

That is what is happening. I loosen the blade and slide the tire to the right side of the wheel and then re tighten the blade and then run the saw and after a few minutes it has somehow moved the tire to the left side of the wheel. Maybe too tightened on the blade? Have it on the 1/2" mark on the tightening scale. Or is the tire too narrow?

Have you measured the circumference of the tire(off the wheel)?

No. Have not measured. Put tire on this spring and haven't hardly used the saw due to table problems. I've resawed about 75bf is about all.

It acts like it has become stretched. Try putting it on reversed?

It slides with on the wheel with not a lot of pressure. Will try the switch/reversal. Thx JPG.

That does not sound 'typical'.
Measure the circumference when off. IIRC s/b about 30".
Seems like SS will have to 'replace' again!!!
