I pulled a favor and have a Mass for Bill tomorrow, but P cancer is a lost cause. Lost my great FIL at 68 in 91 to it. Some stride have been made in its treatment but not much.

Yes, you are right. Less than 10% of the pancreatic cancers can be treated successfully. The scans I had done shows the cancer has spread to the kidneys too. The lead doctor was mainly discussing pain management with my wife. Not sure if any chemo or radiation would do must for me. They are scheduling to do some tissue samples of my kidneys and pancreas next week to see how far the cancer has spread and what type of cancer it is. So I need heavy duty prayers for next few weeks. PS: I could really fix someone up with a Shopsmith repair and rebuild shop as a side line job. It worked well for 13 years for me. It looks like I may not be able to make use of what I have now.

There are some good and God fearing doctors at Moffit. They may be the ones God uses to bring a cure for this type of cancer into the world. Praying for you buddy!
