Bill I share all the sentiments that others have expressed. Based on just the response from this forum you can certainly celebrate a life well-lived.
Peace be with you.

Godspeed Bill. There will be a wood shop up there and your place is assured. Thank you for all you have done to make woodworking an adventure !

Bill, if Heaven is anything close to what it's cracked up to be, it will have one mighty fine woodworking shop. And I forsee you keeping it humming like a sewing machine.
For a guy that can reverse-engineer a major software system from the friggin' machine code, that will be a piece of cake. God bless.

Re: Hospice Care
Bill,
My thoughts and prayers are with you and Ann. May God's mercy be with you and strengthen you both.
You are a mentor, a friend, and an honest man, with integrity and honor. You are an example to us all.
I wish I were able to have the honor of acquiring your extensive shop and relocate it all to Texas, but I simply have no way to absorb such a vast collection. I pray someone who has, both can and will.
Thank you my friend for all you have done for me personally and privately through the years I have known you.
I pray for you and Ann often, and I will continue to.

Dearest Bill,
I was deeply saddened to hear this news. May God bless you and give you peace.
You have done so much for me and others here. Words are inadequate to express our gratitude.
You have truly made the world a better place.
God speed my friend.

So saddened to hear this. I am honored to have been able to visit you in person. If I wasn't considering moving out of the Tampa area, I'd be your guy. I enjoy tinkering with these machines and would enjoy helping others. God speed to you sir.

Bill, I can't express the joy I have had talking with you on the phone and dealing with you involving shop smith machines. Your a super friend and will miss your gentle spirit and knowledge.
I pray your transition will be smooth and you will know you are and awesome man in my book. Hope your around a lot longer.
If you go before me I hope you have my work shop all laid out with all the tools shop smith has made.
Still praying for you!!!

Re: Hospice Care
Bill, I would like to express my deep appreciation for the many times you have provided help and information to me. Two thumbs up for your courage in deciding to skip more chemo and go to the Lord at your time and at home. Thank God for the angels of hospice.
Re: Hospice Care
Best of luck and prayers. Keep your mind busy and good luck with all your Shopsmith things. I wish had room.
Re: Hospice Care
Even though we never met person to person , this is a brotherhood , unlike many things in life where knowledge is hidden ,,wood working knowledge is usually shared , that makes wood workers a special group , nothing like them any where ,,,,, from one country or nation to the next we all share a passion like no other ,,,,sort of like morse code ,,, from hobby lovers to mechanics to machine makers to artist to engineers , from carvers to cabinet makers ,,,,,from the post here ,,,,you sir have mastered them all .
God Bless
Take a good vacation and enjoy .
