I stumbled across this wood turning picture while searching for something else on-line.
I have no idea who this shop belongs to but after years of dust collection conversations I'm pretty sure it isn't Dusty's shop...
I don't mind sweeping stuff up off of the floor but this scares me a little.

As a retired Firefighter I find it a little scary too.
If I was still working I would call it job security.

It is amazing how much wood chips a lathe projects generates. Even these small weed pots leave a lot. Not as much as the picture but I one were to turn a couple of bowls (OK more then two but still) and not clean up it could pretty much look like the picture.
It does look like wet turning, those long strips sure look like wood when it is turned green.
