If it the one listed for $25 plus $8 shipping, you better go get it now. It looks to me as though it is being offered only as a "buy now" and is not going up for bid.

It also does not appear to have a tongued washer.

Thanks Dusty. It's listed at a starting bid of $5.00 plus $7.50 shipping. It's for a 500 model. It's very rusty and missing parts but all I need is the thick spacer. If I get outbid on it I will look at buying a complete arbor.
