I am impressed you got it all into a prius! Enjoy your new toy er I mean tool. Stand alone tools are nice if you have the room and it is nice not to have to change functions if realize too late you should have made one more cut before switching to the sanding disk. One reason I have a 2nd one that I just converted to a shorty to same room.

Thanks! I even managed my best fuel economy yet with it in there! (I have only had this particular Prius for about a month now)
I hope to get it set up this weekend if not, my next day off is Wednesday next week.
I’ve decided , however , no matter what, I will be buying nova Chuck kit, as well as the live Center kit, Both look as though they are good bargains for the packages and what they include.
I am sure that I will find more and more uses for it, For now however my primary interest is as a larger lathe, a great drill press, band saw, and disc sander.

Well, I got it out of the car put the legs back on it and now I am waiting on my son to get home from Black Friday shopping with his grandmother. Once he gets here we will horse it up the stairs into the shop. I am cleaning out one corner to fit it the old midi lathe stand has already gone out of the shop, The lathe Of course stayed, just the simple stand got tossed. I had a slight miscalculation, thought I had 6’ of room adjacent to my shop entrance... nope... 5’5”. [emoji36]

Best I've been able to get with my Lincoln was 42.5! (also a hybrid)

Ned, Rockler online has the Nova G3 Comet reversible Chuck on sale for $89.99... I bought the adapter awhile back on eBay for $15... would be free freight and no tax from them also...
I have the power pro on my 520 and it is great, but expensive even at a demo and Lowe's discounts... everybody is right about putting the unit to work for awhile before doing upgrades to see what order you want to spend the bucks on...

Well, took advantage of free shipping... I’ve got a G3, two sets of jaws, a 100mm and mini spigot jaws, the full set of specialty rests from the mother ship, the tool rest arm upgrade kit, and the nova live center kit. ... amazon will have my chuck and jaws to me Wednesday. The mothership is all on backorder.
