What design/graphics program are you using.

You do beautiful work, Mark. I wish you had built my kitchen and bathroom cabinets.

Thanks you Dusty. I use Sketchup Pro and Sketchup Viewer on my tablet.

Sketchup Pro! That surprises me. I guess I need to play some with the Trial Version that I now have. The reason I asked is because some of your images show drawing annotations that I don't recognize (like the tape measure).

Never mind. I think I am looking at "Sketchup View) where I see the tape measure notation.

One of the hardest joints in woodworking to keep constant is the simple but joint of a face frame to a cabinet side. Plywood isn't always straight and flat and I won't even get started on hardwood.

I came up with this trick for the Domino to give a .020 offset so that the face frame overhangs the side.

I just insert it on top of the stop when I punch my hardwood. The plywood is then punched at the regular setting on the machine.

Another favorite tool in my shop is this lipping attachment for my router.

Of course it won't work on this panel end but sometimes its nice just to pull out the hand plane.
