Melbourne = GMT + 10 DST +11
EST = GMT -5 edt -4
......................................regardless of DST, the difference is 15/17 hours.
MST? = GMT - 7 MDT -6
So thee says at 19:40 EDT 17:40 MDT it is 04:40 in Melbourne?
I figger it was 10:40 dst in Melbourne.
