As I said in my previous post
There is a way to reset it but I do not recall how it is done.
I believe it was Mike Young who, at an instore demo (remember those), explained it. Contact Customer Service to see if you can get some help. I will check the Owner's Manual to see if I can find the answer.

Customer Service had a one word answer. It was unlocked 5 minutes later. AOK.

In using my machine today I fat-fingered the Gen 2 keypad while trying to do a normal operation and somehow I am now locked out. Will contact customer service tomorrow to see about a back door code.

Anyone else have issues fat-fingering the keypad?
