The radius is then from the center of the bushing to the tip of the bit used. I'm guessing this would then be about 4 or 5 inches from the look of the setup, is that about right?
It is adjustable.

OK tell me about how you do that, I'm missing something else here as I don't see any adjustment for that????

The bolt fit thru a slot. The jig can also be setup to cut convex patterns including balls or spheres.
