He is using a spirit level Dusty, not a digital 'level' that can be arbitrarily 'zeroed'.

I missed his later post that indicated tubes were dead level.

Somewhere 3/4 bubble got changed to 1/2 bubble. So if earlier bubble/degree correlation is correct the 1/2 bubble is 'typical'.

It sure has and for no practical, alignment or any other reason. As long as the way tubes point to the ceiling and the quill is square to the table nothing else matters. It will drill holes just fine.

Only issue may be if additional support surfaces are used. BUT a small angle would likely be masked by workpiece deflection(bending).

just wanted to say thank you to everyone, it really wasnt a major deal. the table, quill and everything else is checking fine, was more of a observation but i did go over the links and suggestion and i do appreciate eveyones time.
