Idaho Panhandle; Did you trade the old headstock in, or do you still have it?:D

BTW That makes it a MARK 5, not a Mark V 500!!!!

I still have the old headstock. I was hanging on to it with the idea of using it as the first piece of a second Mark 5, but have changed my mind about that. Don't know what I will do with it. If you or any one else on the forum for that matter might be interested in it, contact me off-forum and we can discuss.

Also...note change to my signature line! Thanks for the comment.

He INTENTIONALLY caused the kickback. And I believe this was foolish especially for a sales video for a product that doesn't eliminate the danger of what he did.

1. There was no reason not to have an upper saw guard on for this procedure.

2. Never stop with the wood still next to the spinning blade,

3. Never look away while you are cutting.

4. Never reach elsewhere to do anything including to turn off the saw.

As you see, one little move of the board is dangerous. People get maimed and killed with such actions.

5. That jig in front of the blade changes nothing and offers no safety features whatsoever.

I am a Rockler customer, but I am ashamed of them for this video. And all to sell a $25 item.

Ebay has 500 tables often. Caveat emptor, but since you only need the 'top' the condition of tubes is irrelevant. Good hunting.:)

RE Greenie headstock... $$$$$???:D PM me!
