It wasn't as evident in the 2nd episode, but in the first episode he almost seemed a little embarrassed to be using a Shopsmith. Or was that just my imagination? In the second episode, it looked like they tried to frame the shots of the Shopsmith so that it wasn't entirely obvious what it was unless you already knew.

A potpourri factoid:

The old Roman woodworkers called their square(s) "norma(e)". The term for that angle which is perpendicular to the "tangent" is still "normal".

You'll either need another tool to convert it to a format that Windows Media Player will play, or download the VLC Media Player which will play just about any video/audio format made.

But there are also web sites that will do the conversion for you. You just put in the web address of the page where the video is and in a few minutes it will prompt you to download the file. But these pages are usually made to work with Youtube and similar sites. The one I tried (http://keepvid.com/) didn't work with the New Yankee Workshop video.
So did anybody happen to save the 3rd episode? I missed it.
