Success Name Plate Removal

I got the name plate off. Last night I sprayed penetrating oil on the fasteners I then used a hammer to remove the bottom fastener easy enough. The top on the other hand...I used a metal strip I had laying around and set it on the fastener and tapped it with a hammer (a little hard to see):
This loosened it up enough for me to grab it with some pliers and remove:

Thanks for pointing that out! The second screw was hidden on mine. If you wouldnt have said anything, I would have missed it:

Odd that all the other spacers I've seen have the grove in the center. Mine was flat all the way around.

Using electrolysis got the head all stripped down. During the week I'll get it all primed up.
Cant really tell by the photo, but it is down to bare metal:

Curious to know if the electrolysis removed every bit of paint or did you have to persuade it in a few areas?

Sorry it has been so long, I have been working diligently on this project and I have been forgetting to post. I will try and do better. Here are the latest pictures of the Head.

It pretty much took it all off. And when I say off, I mean loose enough to very easily remove with a wire wheel or brush. I used the 4 inch angle grinder with a wire wheel to get the large areas and a Dremel for the smaller areas. It all came up pretty easy, the inside was a pain!
It seems to me that the cast iron parts loosened up quite nicely. Other items like the base and non-cast parts seemed to take longer and had spots that needed to be "persuaded". Maybe it is just me?

Paint scheme......pulley cover hammered silver? Headstock??

Thanks! A lot of help from you guys.
Light color is Hammered Silver; Dark on the headstock is the Hammered Gray. I don't know if I like the 2-tone. I might of done better if I went the other way, silver on the headstock and gray on the cover....
