One of the primary attractions of the Shopsmith for me IS the change-overs! I think the design is so clever and effective and I get a thrill everytime I change functions - for me the Shopsmith is more FUN than stand alone tools! Of course all that joy would be dissolved if the shopsmith was not accurate, or powerful enough, or of poor quality - but none of those things have ever been an issue. Alec

OK you forced my hand. I didn't want to say it but yes, I do aim for the switch plate. I thought that way it would be safe.
