I had an extra main table so I machined out some of it and installed my router into it. I never thought of using my floating table. When you use these tables you must have tables all at exactly the same plane or wood catches in the difference when you rout.
You're also correct that when I mounted 520 rails onto this setup, it was truly an "adjust once" scenario. That was truly a testament to the increased quality and control the 520 rail system offers.
Thanks again for the kind words, and I WILL be keeping a smaller woodshop in my garage, it just can't be full of 2-3 different multi-tool setups anymore (unless I want to officially change my hobby to "machine fixing").
