Instead I ended up parting it out and keeping the headstock and carriage for myself. I converted it into a mini and added some modifications to make it a beltsander/bandsaw power station with all the discs (conical and flat) mounted within the legs.

Originally, my intent was to sell this 520 setup to a willing owner for a super-entry-level price, thats why I posted it in the Beginning Woodworking section of the forum. I was asking $1000 but best offer would have taken it.
I never received a single offer
Anyhow, through eBay I sold the following:
520 table upgrade Kit: $350
Telescoping Legs: $40
Saw guards: $40
Blades and Carriage: $65
In/Out Table Brackets: $40
Main table: $60
Miter Gauge: $15
Table Tubes: $50
Jointech Router Setup $450
Total Sold: $1110
I kept enough to make a mini:
